As owner and operator of Cousins Paintball Long Island, Dean has grown one of Long Island’s most enduring outdoor adventure destinations, welcoming families, friends, and corporate groups to experience teamwork, excitement, and unforgettable moments on the field.

Known for his dedication to customer experience, creative problem-solving, and positive local impact, Dean’s work goes beyond business. He has hosted numerous community fundraisers and collaborated with local leaders to ensure his ventures serve the people and places around them.

In addition to his leadership at Cousins, Dean is a Managing Partner of MDP Events LLC, where he applies decades of operational know-how, relationship building, and event strategy to support community programs and memorable gatherings across Long Island.
